You don’t know my situation because I don’t have employees I have been working basically non stop hardly see my home! But I rather have non than disrespectful employees running my business in the ground????

Good wash , but occasionally they neglect washing the rear and the soap and dirt streak or isn't completely clean. But..if told, they'll run you thru again. Also... I buy the "Works" card, one for each of 3 cars, with 6 washed in each. They used to give a free wash with that purchase, not anymore...??? And, finalky, why does the card state: "$42 for 3-wash minimum. $13.for each added wash."? This would be $81 for 6 washes NOT $82...!! Considering how long I've been buying these at the 6-wash plan, I should have a few free car washes...?

I like the car wash, but wouldn't recommend signing up for monthly packages. I received a disappointing response to my request to stop our monthly packages for my 2 cars. We signed up for the packages in February 2020, had a few car washes, and then Covid hit. Stopped by in March and talked to the staff and understood our monthly packages would be stopped until further notice. It took until Feb 2021 and 2 more trips in to get the credit card charges stopped. They would only refund 3 months worth of a single car, so 3 washes cost me $650. I've tried to call Rich the Owner twice on a number his staff provided with no response .

I don't usually do bad reviews, but for the sake of saving your money and time, don’t go here. I’ve canceled this, unlimited membership twice. Because it’s in the perfect location for me, I gave it another shot. Both times I was let down. The car wash is AWLAYS down for repairs. This last time, for a week. I’ve seen cars back out of the wash, get stuck on the track and, become stuck in line for over 10 minutes, waiting for answers. Management recently replaced the tracks, and its now more broken than before. Either new management or new ownership needs to happen for this place, because these “bandaids” to these mechanical issues, DO NOT WORK. That being said, the poor staff... the staff members (younger generation) are beyond kind and patient!! That’s a lot to say when you get this many complaining customers. For your wallet and your cars sake, pick another car wash.

Attendant accused us of cutting in line when we weren’t. There wasn’t anyplace to go but the second lane or we would have been in the street. We were waiting for all of the other cars intentionally so we weren’t cutting in line. Attendant was very rude and we were offended. Reach out if you want description of attendant. Will probably not come back due to this experience.

First the wash has been closed during the more limited hours during Covid and it has been difficult for me to get washed. Secondly, first I was told I couldn’t get a receipt emailed to me for business purposes. But today the guy tells me I’m not in the system, not showing I paid for my monthly service and there is nothing they can do...I paid for a service, I do have a receipt that was emailed to me. I was given a wash today and someone inside was nice and said they would get this resolved but the kid outside was rude and shouldn’t treat customers with anything but respect - you are not the only car wash in town and I’d rather promote you as a good business vs taking my business elsewhere having to let everyone know about my bad experience.

We moved out of Colorado on the 13th of April. I cancelled our monthly car wash about six weeks before. I just got charged again on 5/1/20. I tried to call, but all I got was the voice mail. My ticket # is 41026. I 'm just waiting for a credit on my card. Lee Zacharias 1-702-344-5189

I really love the unlimited car washes, but in the past week it has been down for repairs 4 out of the 5 times I have tried to visit. I live out in Elizabeth and would have tried to visit more often, if I lived in Parker, so it could have been out of commission even more often or I just have bad luck.

I’d give 4 and possibly 5 stars but their air drying mechanism has been broken for over a month and my car comes out very wet. The Mobile Alabama facility is excellent. I’m searching for another one in my area that might be better

Manager likes to park his car in Richie's handicap spot which is against the law and should be towed. Call the Parker Police at 303-841-9800 if you see a non-handicap car or truck in that frequently abused spot!

I stopped by Richie's twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they have been closed. I found myself having to go to their competitor, who seems to open all the time. Granted my monthly contact with Richie's states they will be closed from time to time, but there is no value for me to continue my monthly car wash package with them and I had to cancel. I love their car wash but dislike their inconsistency of be open.

Quality of the wash is 5 stars and the staff are very polite and accommodating, 5 stars. As a monthly pass purchaser of two vehicles (for almost two years) they also know me which is nice. That said the consistency of your opening hours and maintenance closures has me considering looking elsewhere. You state you’re open at 7am, but I’ll go days on the way to work swinging by to get my car washed only to have to U turn and leave. If you can’t make 7am, then please update your hours and day as such. So, I miss you in the morning because you aren’t open at 7am, I don’t get home from work in time to make your 6pm (not your fault), and now today March 9th, 8:50am you are once again down for maintenance (during regular hours). Yet, I still get billed regularly, on time. It clearly doesn’t seem right that I’m held to consistently paying for a service that I’m not being provided. Not to mention the time wasted traveling to your car wash only to have to turn around and go home, away. My contact info is above if you’d like to discuss. In short I’d love for you to adhere to the times you yourself have posted and explore after hours maintenance. Perhaps a text notification for your monthly paying customers when you are closed for emergency maintenance? Russ

always had a quality car wash but we are moving. The Parker location has been closed for 2-3 weeks. I need to see about being reimbursed for the unused washes on my Express card. Sorry to see the closure. I did have 1 remaining wash on a card, think it was around the $11.00 value. I following the instructions on getting a refund, haven't seen anything, that had to be just after the closure, a couple of months ago.

I loved using Richies in Fort Collins. I used them for at least 15 years. I was sad to see them sell their location. I am only giving them a bad review because I have never received my refund as promised. I have called but no one has ever called back or been able to answer my refund questions. Hopefully you are reading this. I sent my card back to Richies in November as instructed with my contact information. It was a works card that had only been used once.

Liked the Fort Collins car wash very much. I too had a card with remaining washes. As specified on the Richies website, I mailed it in for a reimbursement. They claimed refunds would be made in 3-5 days. It's been over a month and I haven't received a thing.

Today marks 2 months and 2 days after I mailed two pre-paid cards (1 red, 1 yellow) and my first letter asking for reimbursement. I never received any funds. The value of the 2 cards was at least $50. When will you ever follow through with your promise??? Calls to the manager Tom's cell were futile as well. I left a message - no response. I'm so disappointed.

I sent 2 cards (one red, one yellow) with at least $50 worth of unused carwashes on them on November 10th to your Parker location. My promised refund never arrived. I'm extremely disappointed in Richie's. Furthermore, Breeze now said they would honor your unused cards. Had I known this, I wouldn't have mailed them to Parker. I am still waiting nearly 43 days later. Please process my refund.

I had been here several times before no problems. in early September 2017 I needed a truck wash on the way out of town and stopped in late afternoon.. I purchased the unlimited wash package. While finishing up paper work and getting credit car back from attendant I found myself being mean mugged by a bigger than average kid. he was directing me to pull up but was impatient about the time it was taking, He seemed very agitated as if he was having an extremely bad day or his boyfriend had just broken up with him. he continued to glare as he about broke my mirrors off my truck. I asked what his problem was and he said I had the problem. I asked for a an immediate refund and asked for the manager. he said he was. I asked for the owner he said he would be out of town for the next month. Found out today they never gave the refund and charged my card for the last three months. Not sure if this is the new management but I'm not going back for this. I feel sorry for the workers who had to work with this ass. Done with Richie's!

I have been a customer for many years and when Richies closed in Fort Collins they continued to charge my credit card for services after closing that I did not authorize. When I tried calling the business the number was disconnected. What a rip off business, Karma will get you. I guess they decided to give themselves a bonus upon closing by continuing to charge customers.

I tried getting a car wash Wednesday morning at 7:30 and tonight at 6;50. Both times this week the open sign was turned off but the wash door was open. After sitting for a couple minutes each visit I left because it seemed nobody was home.

Nice place but the wait for your car to get washed is ridiculous (15 minute wait or more) and no posting online for business hours so I have no idea when to stop by and get my car cleaned.

I came in on 11/11 @ 10.:53 I paid for "The Works" and gave the young man a $2.00 tip. He smiled and walked away- talking with his co-worker. No one touched the car- no pre-brushing- no back window. The car was still dirty when I exited. (the back window and bumper was "muddy." This place is so "hit or miss." I realize I could have gone around and they would have washed it again...time wise- that was not an option, and I should not have had to even think about needing to do that. This was my last visit to "Ritchie's"

I came to this car wash because of groupon.com I absolutely loved the experience. I drive for Northern Colorado Yellow Cab and keeping my car clean is an absolute must for me personally so when I saw an unlimited car wash deal i"m all over it and will soon be a customer for a long time. I wish you guys had a multiple car deal. That would be awesome. Staff was awesome!!!

The 2003 Subaru Forester was washed today and the washing equipment damaged the car. The passenger side rear view mirror was knocked out of it's holder and broken on the pavement and the front license plate was almost ripped off of the bumper.
