Why Don't You Clean the Inside?

We believe our customers would rather get their vehicle's exterior clean, shiny, and dry in about 4 minutes and have the option to take care of the interior cleaning themselves using our Free vacuum equipment. Busy moms with kids in car seats and business men and women just don't have time to wait 30 minutes at a full-service carwash, nor do they want to pay that much more.

How do you get vehicles so dry if no one is drying the vehicles with towels?

The dryer system used at Richie's Express Carwash is unique, and was specifically made for our car wash. The high-velocity fans create hot-air wind speeds which helps evaporate and push the fresh rinse water off of the vehicle. This allows for a spotless, shiny, and dry vehicle faster than having attendants towel dry.

Why do you have stuffed animals in the drying chamber of your tunnel?

We believe getting your vehicle washed at Richie's should be a happy experience so having stuffed animals in the tunnels amuses children and adults alike. Check out your clean vehicle at the “viewing” mirror at the exit of the tunnel. Our happy customers are amazed with the quality of their wash experience.

Is your wash equipment safe for my vehicle?

All equipment used at Richie's is the best made in the carwash industry. Rotating soft, wet, and soapy cloth towels reach every dirty spot on your vehicle without scratching its surface. High pressure guns spray clean water on your vehicle to wash away the grime and dirt into our collection pits. Dirty waste water is treated before it is returned to the public sewer system. Our wash process is safer for the environment than driveway washing!

Do you have a customer loyalty program for frequent washers?

Yes, we have several programs which reward the frequent washer for being a loyal customer at Richie's. Of course, customers can purchase a 5-coupon book for the price of 4 washes, a savings of 20% off each wash. Also, our Loyal Customer Program rewards the single wash purchase customer a Free wash after purchasing 10 washes. Other specials are offered during the year throughout most Holidays.
